I am bit late to this but Aral has a post about the conference he is organizing, Singularity, where he use QR Codes to advertized the conference. This is great! I really think that QR Codes will be in use massively in the future and QR code reader should be integrated in every phones, for a very simple reason, every phone has a camera!!
So if you have a blog with a mobile version, create a code and post it! Also there is a QR code plugin for Firefox which super cool to use!
