This is something I was thinking/asking for long time, Flash Lite animated ringtones!!
The guys at KuneriLite released the latest version of KuneriLite which include this feature. You can now use KuneriLite ringtone plugin to set a Flash Lite animation as a ringtone.

Nokia S40 5th Edition SDK avaiable with Flash Lite 2.1 support
The Nokia S40 5th Edition SDK is available for download from Forum Nokia. The S40 5th Edition introduce Flash Lite 2.1 enabled phones. Quick test loading video on a Flash Lite 2.1 application.
