Flash Lite packaging (NFL) for Nokia Series 40 and OMA DRM 1.0 Forward Lock

Bill posted a step by step description of how to create a NFL (Nokia Flash Lite) packaging for the Nokia S40 5th Edition FP1. Pretty easy to create such packaging.
