I am planning to attend the Mobile World Congress 2013 in Barcelona. It’s going to be interesting to see all the news, meet new and old people and have a beer or two with old friends. Planning to attend many developer conferences, the WIP Jam dev conference and some of the parties!

Via Mynokiablog.com, the Nokia N9 firmware v40.2012.21-3 PR1.3 is now available and looks like it’s rolling out in different countries.

Adobe released few days ago the Flash Player 11.3 and AIR 3.3. They are also available for Android devices.

Adobe released AIR 3.2 SDK and runtime. The update is available on the Google Play (aka Android Market) for Android devices.

Via EngadgetMobile, looks like mobile application usage is exploding since over the holidays there were more than 1 Billion downloads on the various mobile application stores.
These are impressive numbers but also pose a challange for developers. On one side is a great opportunity but on the other is a very difficult business to be in.

Here is a surprising news from Adobe, they are closing development for Flash on Mobile browsers. Finally! Why I say finally? Because there are no developers who are targeting the mobile browser with Flash, cannot make money with it!
