Thanks to Nokia Developer I have been re-elected Nokia Developer Champion for the 6th year !!!
This is pretty cool since it’s been a pleasure to be part of such developer community and had over time the opportunity to meet great people around the world.

Nokia Developer Champion day at Nokia World 2011

Nokia T7 and Nokia 702T, Flash Lite 4.0 enabled

The Nokia devloper site has published the details for 2 new handsets for the Chinise market, the Nokia T7 and Nokia 702T which are both Flash Lite 4.0 enabled devices. Basically these phones are the N8 and E6 but for Chinese wireless network.

Via Nokia Developers, the Nokia OVI Store has reached 6M downloads per day.

300,000 new Nokia accounts are created daily
48,000 apps now available
190 countries and over 30 languages
121 operators across 42 countries

Nokia E6 and X7 announced, Flash Lite 4.0 enabled

Today Nokia announced two new phones, Nokia E6 and Nokia X7.

More about Nokia X7. “Flash Lite 4 will support a majority of Flash Player 10.1 content”.
Looks like many blogs are saying that the Nokia X7 has Flash 10 but from the specs it has Flash Lite 4.0.

About 80% of Ovi Store traffic converts to downloads.
Of Ovi Store’s signed-in users, 85% are repeat visitors.
Each active user averages 8.5 downloads per month.
