Via Bill, China Mobile is creating a Flash Lite ecosystem where users can download Flash Lite content to their Flash Lite enabled phones. This is a great news for twop reasons. One the Flash Lite ecosystem is growsing and second, China Mobile is the largest subscriber base Mobile Operators.

The other news is that Flash and Flash Lite enabled devices are projected to reach 1 billion units by 2010 according to Adobe.
