One of the interesting features, beside support for AIR 3 and Flash, is that the BlackBerry PlayBook 2.0 supports Android applications. Their Android implementation supports 60% of the Android API and will add more in time. So if you have an Android application you can submitted to the AppWorld store. First make sure that everything is ok with the online tool, which checks for API compatability and packages the apk into bar.

One issue I encounter is that this implementation does not supports at the current moment AIR apps created for the above scenario. What happens is that once the application is installed it will ask to download AIR, which is already on the devices, so it will fail QA. RIM is aware of this and they are working to solve the issue.
