Ciao,

you load the crossdomain from the swf.
I am guessing you need to allow any domain to be accessed from the swf.

thanks for replying Alessandro,

I've tested putting the swf at trusted folder but I got the same message error:"Internet Server not found"
but I'll try using the crossdomain. Does it has to be loaded from flash lite or symbian?
is there a practical way to do it?

thanks

Ciao,

did not test 3.1 security sandbox yet. To bypass the security sandbox in general there are 2 ways:
1 - install the swf into a directory called Trusted under Others on Nokia devices
2 - publish your swf as network only and setup allow domain and load the crossdomain.xml file before making any connection

Hi Alessandro,

Does FL 3.1 security sand box break communication between xmlsockets and rsockets(symbian)? I'm facing this probem for all versions of FL apps and I can't find ways to fix it. I've stated that is not possible signing symbian applications wich has swf's packaged in their sis, 'cause the swf at another folder would break the security... So what can be done to make xmlsocket communicate with any other socket under 3rd and 5th nokia devices?
