So I wanted to post some links and suggestions to anyone who is getting into Flash Lite development.
First resource is the Adobe Mobile and Devices site, Mobile and Devices Forums, join the Developer Program for news and more.
Here is a list of other Flash Lite resources and suggestions:
- Yahoo Flash Lite User Group (more then 1500 Flash Lite developers)
- Join the Adobe Mobile and Device User Group, the one I manage for example!
- Flash Lite on Forum Nokia Wiki
- All the Flash Lite bloggers, there is a list on the left side of my blog
- Here is a list of tutorials, eSeminar and more on Flash Lite
Now here a suggestions if you are a Flash Lite developer/company:
- Get involved !!
- Create your own blog to showcase your work. It’s a great way to show what you are working on and get feedback from the community.
- Link to other bloggers, it will increase the awareness of Flash Lite as a technology and your visibility.
- Exchange experience on development with other developers
- Most important, consider yourself a mobile developer or a mobile company. It means that you must understand and learn mobile as an ecosystem. It’s much more complex that what do you think and it requires an effort to understand all the components involved!
