Yesterday Google announced their smartphone Nexus One and Adobe posted a video showcasing Flash 10.1 running on this phone.
Now looks like the Flash 10.1 is not shipping with the phone but it will be added later on (at least form the comments). This rises some technical questions that I mention before.
- What is the installation process of the Flash 10.1 browser player on the mobile phone?
- How does a developer knows when a user has installed the Flash 10.1 browser player?
- What is the update process of the Flash 10.x browser player on the mobile phone?
- How does a developer knows when a user has updated to a newer Flash 10.x browser player?
Answering these questions is necessary to understand if a developer can monetize from mobile content created for the mobile browsing ecosystem with Flash 10.1. If this is a developer case !
