Just found this new article on the Adobe Mobile site: Introduction to Animation in Flash Lite 1.1. The article gives a great set of suggestions and best practice for developing Flash Lite 1.1 content. The authors are Dale and James have a lot of experience and are also very much involved into the Flash Lite community.
Dale is the CEO of Moket and Manager of the Australia Mobile and Devices Adobe User Group, which by the way will have the first meeting on May 29th.
