Via AllAboutSymbian, Nokia N82 firmware v20.0.062 brings Flash Lite 3.0 and WRT. The upgrade is available using the NSU.
So I need to upgrade my N82. My only issue is with the security sandbox in place for the Flash Lite 3.0 and also the fact that I cannot install the Flash Lite 2.1 Developer Edition player for testing!!
