Simone today contacted me regarding a problem about protecting Flash Lite content (swf) via DRM Froward Lock when the content is packaged into a SIS file. He followed my article on how to protect swf using DRM Forward Lock which is pretty easy to do.
But now we would like to protect the swf with DRM FL when the content is packaged into a SIS file so that we add DRM to the other capabilities to install the content into a specific directory and have a dedicated icon on the menu.
I wish the Nokia Flash Lite .NFL packaging was available on all Nokia phones since it solved all these problems!!
He made a post on the Flash Lite discussion forum on Forum Nokia, please comment if you have any insight.

Stop promoting DRM, I cannot believe it. It will get cracked sooner or later, so stop advocating and supporting these ridiculous techniques!
Ciao Thijs,
not sure you are understanding what I am referring to since we are looking at OMA DRM.
Alessandro
Please explain then, how many people even know what ‘OMA DRM’ means?
Cheers,
Thijs
Ciao,
OMA DRM is the normality to protect mobile content adn it’s for good for developers to know that they have the option.
For example using OMA DRM, you can protect your content and IP and at the same time give unlimited usage of your content.
In some cases it’s not an option, Operators and content aggregators requires OMA DRM for distributing content.
Developers need to know about the technology and it will be great to have the tools.
Are you in the mobile development world?
