Series 40 SDK 3rd Edition Feature Pack 1 available for download, it includes Flash Lite 1.1 support. All these phones have Flash Lite 1.1:
Nokia 6125, Nokia 6233, Nokia 6131, Nokia 6136. Check here for their specific Flash Lite 1.1 implementation.
Also the S60 3rd edtion SDK Maintenance Release has removed Flash Ltie support, S60_3rd_sdk_mr_ReleaseNotes, not sure why!!!
