Here is an interesting application from Nokia, topApps on Ovi Store.

Add it to the Home Screen of your Symbian touch phone to get to the hottest downloads every day! You must update your phone software to the latest version before installing topApps! Type *#0000# into your phone’s home screen. Select Options > Check for updates (if available) and complete the update. Or use Nokia Software Updater on your PC”
Note: it does not work in offline mode!!!
